Woman Snake
the Source MD’YY
I was a human and knew
A woman snake.
She couldn’t speak English
But she understood me well.
She was swimming in a pond, and
I, from the outside,
Asked for an eеl to eat.
The woman snake knew me so well
And snatched it up before
I could finish my request.
When I got the eel,
To no one’s surprise,
It shocked me and
I was paralyzed.
When I finally awoke
From my slumber,
I, too, became
A snake,
But not as skilled as she.
She told me this
In her language
And I perfectly understood,
As I sat and watched
Her and her man snake
Enjoy the eel that
I once craved
